He is the President and CEO of Cassidy Gold Corp., Island Arc Exploration Corp., Africa West Minerals Corp., and Navasota Resources Ltd., and a director of Providence Capital Corp. Since 1985 he has been the President of James T. Gillis Management Co. Inc., a private company which provides management services to public companies.
CHRISTOPHER J. WILD P.ENG., Director and VP Exploration Email: Mr. Wild is currently a Director and V.P. Exploration and Chief Operating Officer of Navasota Resources Ltd., a Director and VP of Exploration of Cassidy Gold Corp., a Director and VP of Operations of Africa West Minerals Corp., and a Director and VP of Exploration of Island Arc Exploration Corp. A geological engineer with over 20 years of mining and mineral exploration experience, Mr. Wild served as Chief Mine Geologist for both the Mount Polley Mine, east of Williams Lake, B.C. and the Goldstream Mine, north of Revelstoke, B.C., prior to opening his own geological consulting business.
JEAN-JACQUES LEFEBVRE M.SC., Chief Geoscientist Mr. Lefebvre is a geologist with over thirty years experience in all stages of mineral exploration, with particular expertise in sub-Saharan Africa. He is a Director of Cassidy Gold Corp.
DEBBIE M. SILVER Corporate Secretary & CFO Ms. Silver was a legal assistant from 1979 until 2002, involved in corporate, mining and securities law, and has been a public company administrator since 1997. She is currently the Corporate Secretary and CFO of Cassidy Gold Corp., Navasota Resources Ltd., and Corporate Secretary, CFO, and a director of Island Arc Exploration Corp.
GARY MIRTLE Director Mr. Mirtle is a real estate appraiser and consultant/senior partner of Flynn, Mirtle, Moran. He is a director of Kamloops Mortgage Investment Company, a private company.
OSVALDO (OZZIE) IADAROLA Director Mr. Iadarola is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Audiotech Healthcare Corp., a public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, engaged in the business of providing hearing care and audiology services. He is a director of Cassidy Gold Corp., and a director of Island Arc Exploration Corp. Mr. Iadarola is also President of Excalibur Properties, a privately held real estate development company.
MARNI D. TUREK B.Sc., Corporate Relations and Sustainability Email: With over 10 years experience in environmental management, Mrs. Turek brings skills that will compliment the team as it moves forward with integrating sustainability principles throughout the corporate culture and business activities. She has supervised large projects and processes in a wide variety of areas and has worked in both the government and non-government sectors. She holds a B.Sc.(1998) in Environmental Chemistry from the University of British Columbia.
